3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

All estimates provided through our website or in person are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, unforeseen structural issues discovered during installation, or changes in project scope requested by the client.

4. WARRANTIES

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranties for products (windows, doors, siding, gutters) are provided by the respective manufacturers. MR Premium Windows provides a separate installation warranty, the details of which will be outlined in your specific project contract.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MR Premium Windows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of MR Premium Windows or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

7. SMS COMMUNICATION TERMS

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
